GVI Project Manager/ Girls Basketball Coach
Tiffany Lowe was born and raised in York. She grew up watching her mother struggle with addiction, cycling in and out of prison, and was in turn raised by her grandmother. Miss Tiff attended the York City School District from Kindergarten until her junior year when she was expelled at just 16 years old. She went on to graduate from Charleston Job Corps in 2004, obtaining her High School Diploma and Medical Assistant certification.
Before Miss Tiff was expelled, she had started to get into trouble in the streets, cycling in and out of the Judicial System starting in 2000. She was incarcerated multiple times, at one point being held in York County Prison at the same time as her mother—a family cycle that she chose to break in 2009 after her mother passed away. Miss Tiff decided to change what she was doing to become intentional about who she was hanging out with and go hard after the person she wanted to be.
Eleven years after Tiff was expelled from York City schools she returned, this time as an employee.
Since 2013, Miss Tiff has worked in the schools as a hall monitor, teacher’s aide, mentor, and basketball coach. Wanting to further her education, Tiff graduated from York County School of Technology as a Certified EKG Technician but chose to keep working in the district, finding she could impact kids who were making the same mistakes she did as a teenager.
As she continued to work in various capacities within the district, she wanted to be available 24/7 for
those who needed her most. She didn’t know it back in 2002 when she was expelled from school, or in 2004 when she completed Job Corps, or throughout the multiple trips to central booking, but all those experiences were preparing her for something much larger than she could imagine.
In October of 2021, Miss Tiff hit the streets with a different mission—to be York City’s first Credible Messenger, or as she says, a Violence Interrupter. While her journey was full of self-doubt, questionable decisions, and regret, people along the way had faith in her future, an unquestionable ability to see her potential and trust that she could change the trajectory of the lives of those around her.
Miss Tiff’s impact is felt each day in these halls, walls, and throughout the city. She manages to interrupt violence, restore hope, and give voice to those who are hurting all while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology and special education from Grand Canyon University. (Update_ She graduated with honors on 10/20/23 and is officially certified to teach Special Education).
Tiff is unwaveringly dedicated to seeing more graduations and fewer funerals, doing whatever it takes to keep kids alive and show them they have something to live for.

Songstress & Co-founder of Reach One Teach One Ministries
My name is Lynnette Flagler, and my title is “Child of God” because
that’s what matters to me. I love people and have a special place in my heart for all my Sisters in Christ.
I am originally from southern MD and ended up in Pennsylvania by
way of New Life For Girls. My whole life I was raised in church and as I faked it to make it, the seeds were being planted. But it took going to New Life to get my breakthrough. While there, my planted seeds received the living water. I found my “new life” the day I laid it down in surrender to the Lord and established a true foundational relationship with Jesus realizing who He is, as well as who I am in Him. Today I cannot imagine living my life without Jesus. Because of His Grace and Mercy, I have been set free from strongholds and the bondage of sin. Because of His Love, I can love from a better perspective. Everything that the enemy intended to harm me the Lord is now using for His glory!
At New Life, after graduating I was the Overseer of the Community & Public
Relations Department, as well as the Choir Director for 7 years.
Currently, I am the Firm Administrator at Trinity Law, a Christian law
firm here in PA. And I thank God for my husband, Evangelist William Flagler & our non-profit organization called “Reach One Teach One Ministries,” as we seek to save the lost.
The scriptures I stand on are Corinthians 15:8-10 … “But by the grace of God, I am what I am, and His grace to me was not in vain.”
And Matt 6:33 … “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Dance/Evangelist Ministry
Yvette Jones/Founder
Different Wings Ministry was founded in September 2007 by sister Yvette Jones. Different Wings Ministry started as a liturgical dance ministry at Bethel A.M.E. Church under the leadership of the late Dr. Rev Lewis, who had a vision for the church. The Ministry started with little ones who were named God’s Little Angels. Before they knew it, they had over 12 little angels ministering to the congregation that was touched and anointed by God. This ministry has now transformed into a powerful men and women’s ministry that has touched the lives of many people around the country through the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Different Wings Ministry is a group of broken men and women that has been transformed like beautiful butterflies and that is what makes them so SPECIAL. Each member LOVES the LORD and is allowing Him to heal and use them in such a profound way. This God-fearing group loves to minister to others. God has anointed sister Yvette Jones and all her leaders of this ministry to do His will.
Different Wings Ministry is open to all ages who need other men and women to help them move forward in their journey of healing.
